Food:

School Lunches

LWSD will continue to offer free food for pick up at all middle schools through the end of the 2020-21 School Year. Due to parent popular demand for reduced contact, pickup will now occur on Tuesdays and Fridays with multiple days of food being available at once. Should a holiday occur during the week, pickup day will be adjusted, please check the webpage below for more details on holiday pickup. Rose Hill Middle food services staff will be available outside the building for walk up serving, from 11:15-1pm on days of service.

For more info, or to Pre-order please visit this website: https://www.lwsd.org/fall-2020/grab-go-student-meals

Kirkland Food Hotline

Call center staff at Sound Generations will ask a few questions about the caller’s situation to connect them with needed services. The only requirement to receive assistance with food is to be a Kirkland resident.   #425-207-4777

Pandemic EBT (P-EBT)

Children on the free/reduced meal program at school can receive money to cover other food costs.   These benefits will be on an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card which is used like a debit card to buy groceries.   (You must have EBT card to receive this money.  You can apply for EBT at washingtonconnection.org)
For additional Information about the P-EBT Program, visit the OSPI website here: k12.wa.us/PEBT.
