Mrs. Brigitte Tennis is the founder of Stella Schola. She started the school to elevate learning at the middle school level, to enhance retention by means of subject integration, and to create strong personal relationships in the classroom.  Mrs. Tennis' passion for teaching and learning is clearly evident in the curriculum and hands-on activities she created for the school!

Mrs. Tennis retired in the fall of 2020, but remains actively engaged in teaching remotely, tutoring and serving as an online mentor to new teachers, and life coaching. Her personal motto is “CARPE DIEM” because she says that we should live life to its fullest because we get out of life what we put into it! Don't waste any precious minutes!
